Sammi is really a big part of the family now. He still adores Dil and tolerates me when in his cage. He decided to do some renovations on his house and added a lovely window and a bigger door. He loves spending time in there and one morning I went in to see him sticking his head out of his ‘window’ and he did his usual high pitched ‘hellooooooo’ he had somehow escaped his cage and wanted to spend the night in his house instead!!
Hi Toria…I often pop onto the parrot diaries page and it’s great to see how brilliantly Sammi, and all the other re homed birds are doing!
Just a quick note to see what mischief he’s been up to and if him & Tweak are finally getting to be best buddies…I hope he’s allowing you to handle him even more now…thanks so much again for giving him the best home a parrot could wish for!!
